Eligibility

Refunds are available within 14 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

• Item must be in its original condition, unused, and sealed.

• Digital proof (photo/video) may be required in cases of damaged or defective products.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Gift cards or promotional items

• Items returned without prior contact

How Refunds Are Issued:

• Refunds are processed back to your original method of payment.

• Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the funds to appear.
