Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Time (UK): 2–5 business days via standard tracked delivery.
Shipping Time (EU): 5–9 business days depending on location.
Shipping Fees: Free shipping may apply based on current promotions. Otherwise, fees are calculated at checkout.

All orders are shipped with tracking information. You will receive your tracking link via email once your parcel has been dispatched.

Melaxin is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier disruptions. Please allow extra time during peak seasons.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return window of 14 days after your order has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You must contact us first at contact@melaxin.co with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior confirmation.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
